COVID: Because of the state of the world right now, packages are taking even longer to be scanned once in USPS’s hands. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. We have as much information as you do when packages leave our hands. We cannot access “behind the scenes” information just because we are a business. They give us the same information they give you.
We are based in Oregon. We are currently in a statewide lockdown. In combination with election riots, BLM protests, recent wildfires, and general disarray here in the United States, things are going to be moving a little slower. Please be patient. Please be kind. This is out of our control. There’s nothing we can do.
Your health and safety are our top priority. Every product is handled with gloves and sanitized before shipping. Your items are never handled with unclean hands. Everyone here practices social distancing and wears masks for necessary trips outdoors.
Because of the pandemic, we are no longer shipping internationally (Canada being the exception). We do not have an estimated time on returning to international shipping.
All orders are shipped within two weeks of purchase. I try to have all orders out the week they are purchased, however, holidays and the days we are closed (please refer to the bottom of the page for business hours) may push this processing time further into the two weeks processing time. Made to Order Items have their respective processing times listed in the item description. We only ship Monday-Thursday. If you place an order on Friday or the weekend, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday-Thursday during business hours. I am a one woman operation, meaning I design, pack, market, print, and ship every order myself. I'm not Amazon. If you need your order quickly, please purchase the expedited processing option located in our "extras" tab.
Standard shipping typically arrives between 3-8 business days. Standard service is provided with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected Monday through Saturday. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
Priority shipping typically arrives between 2-3 business days. Express orders are delivered Monday-Friday only. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. Orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 12pm EST to ship the same day.
Due to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the only international shipping we are able to offer is to Japan, China, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Australia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep customers updated as things change.
Canadian shipping typically arrives in 6-30 business days. Shipping for all other international locations typically arrives in 10-60 business days, depending upon region. Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as customs fees and independent carrier fees.
APO / FPO SHIPPING
APO/FPO shipping typically arrives in 4-10 business days.
All APO/FPO orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. Due to COVID-19, we cannot offer returns at this time. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us so we can figure out a solution. If your order is shipped via Priority mail, your package is insured by USPS.
RESIN CARE & SAFETY
Please do not put resin products in your mouth. Please do not put resin near warm temperatures. Please do not light candles on resin.
AGE RESTRICTED ITEMS
We do not sell to anyone under the age of 18 regardless of product. Our items are intended for adult use ONLY. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree that you are age 18 or older. Legal guardians may not purchase items for their children. If we find out you have lied, you will be barred from purchasing again in the future and will be blacklisted from our business.
